1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a property through ESG Properties, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Booking and Reservation

Your booking is a reservation of the property for the specified dates. A valid payment method is required to complete your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that violate our policies or contain fraudulent information.

3. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Comply with all house rules and local laws
• Respect quiet hours and neighborhood
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Maintain the property in good condition
• Report any damage immediately

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Booking prices are in USD and include the nightly rate plus any applicable cleaning fees.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and additional fees may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

ESG Properties is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or acts of nature. Guests are responsible for maintaining travel and cancellation insurance.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through customer service. We encourage communication to resolve issues amicably.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
